This incident has the reputation for being one of the the best investigated and documented cases, and I was drawn to it for this reason. It is worth studying just to see how evidence was collected and presented. It turns out, not entirely honestly, or at least accurately. There are overlooked pieces of information, but most of them damage the UFO story. As for discovering new evidence, I do have cautious hopes about that.
You've read up to page 166? Then you are almost finished with the main text. Page 235 is the last regular page, 236 on are all appendix containing photos and copies of reports. The printing is tiny in these but worth getting a magnifying glass to read. The appendix contains a few examples of original witness statements that can be compared to JS's coverage of them in the book. This will yield a few surprises.
